School-Age Care

We pride ourselves on our quality before and after-school programs. Designed specifically for elementary school age students, we provide them with age-appropriate activities in a safe and secure environment that allows children to be children. Our school-age class has a fun-filled curriculum which engages each child's curiosity and allows them to explore mathematical, scientific, art, and literary skills all while in a comfortable, stimulating environment. Weekly themes and strong curriculum keeps our children actively involved.

Teachers give all children a healthy afternoon snack and depending on the time children will be provided with dinner. Your child will have an array of enrichment activities to engage in after a stimulating day of learning at school and we also have teachers who are willing to help children with homework at the parent's request. A selection of non-fiction and fiction aged-appropriate books is available for children to utilize. Board games and a selection of online computer-based learning programs will be offered as well.

At Ascension Childcare Learning Center, we completely understand the dynamics of modern family life, where parents and guardians often juggle non-traditional work hours, demanding careers, or hectic schedules. To address these challenges, we are delighted to offer our comprehensive night-time service, tailored specifically to support your needs and the well-being of your child.

Our care center is open during the following hours:

Weekdays: 6 PM - 11:30 PM, providing a nurturing environment for your child to unwind afterschool and engage in enriching activities.

We are acutely aware of the essential need for a reliable care options in our community and are passionate about providing the assistance you require. Each family is unique, so we prioritize a personalized approach that considers your child's individual needs and routines.

To effectively manage care, our night care and weekend care services operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We make sign-up calendars available one month in advance, ensuring you can reserve care well ahead of time. This system allows us to prepare and provide the highest quality support for your child.
